Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Brie’s Prints. As a print-on-demand business, every product is created specifically for each order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Brie’s Prints, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at briesprints@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Physical Products (Printed Items, Merchandise, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide either:

A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

A replacement at no cost, or

Digital Products (Downloads, Printable Files, etc.)

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you encounter an issue with your digital file, such as:

  • A corrupted download
  • Receiving the wrong file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive the correct or working file.

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.

Physical orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution. It will be issued to your original payment method.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
